Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Scentiva and to every agreement concluded between Scentiva and the customer via the website www.scentiva.nl .
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 3 – Offer and products

Scentiva sells authentic perfume decants : carefully filled samples from original perfumes.

The products offered are not full bottles of brands, but small quantities (decants) intended for testing and personal use purposes.

All perfumes are decanted from original bottles into neutral bottles, without brand logos, in accordance with current resale regulations.

The offer includes a clear description of the product, format, and content. Obvious mistakes or typographical errors are not binding on Scentiva.

Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging and the color of the decanter may vary.
Article 4 – Prices and payment

All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made via the payment methods available on the website, including iDEAL, credit card or other online payment options.

Scentiva reserves the right to change prices and conditions, provided that these changes are implemented before the agreement is concluded.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.
Article 5 – Delivery and shipment

Scentiva aims to ship orders within 1 to 3 business days .

Delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them.

Shipping will take place via recognised postal or parcel services within the Netherlands.

For shipping abroad, please contact us in advance via info@scentiva.nl for options and rates.

Scentiva is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

Due to the hygienic nature of perfume products, the right of withdrawal is excluded once the seal of the packaging has been broken.

If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered upon receipt, the customer must report this within 14 days of delivery via info@scentiva.nl .

Scentiva carefully assesses each report and, if applicable, offers an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund.
Article 7 – Complaints and returns

Complaints can be submitted via info@scentiva.nl stating the order number and a clear description of the problem.

Scentiva aims to respond and provide a solution within 5 working days .

Returns will only be accepted if previously reported and approved.
Article 8 – Liability

Scentiva is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the supplied products.

The customer is responsible for testing a fragrance for possible allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Scentiva guarantees that its decants come from original perfumes, but is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands from which the perfumes originate.
Article 9 – Intellectual property

All texts, images, photos, designs, and logos on the Scentiva website are the property of Scentiva and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

The brand names and perfume names mentioned are the property of their respective holders and are used solely for the purpose of identifying the fragrance.
Article 10 – Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law .
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Scentiva is established.
