At Scentiva, we ensure that your order is processed with care, precision, and speed .
Each order is carefully packaged so your fragrance arrives in perfect condition.
π Processing time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days .
During busy periods or when stock is limited, processing may take a little longer, but we will always keep you informed of the status of your order.
π Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
For special promotions or orders above a certain amount , discounts or free shipping may apply β this will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
π¦ Delivery
We ship our packages via reliable carriers , such as PostNL and DHL .
Within the Netherlands, the average delivery time is 1 to 3 working days after shipment.
International shipping is available upon request β please contact us at info@scentiva.nl .
π Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
This allows you to easily track the status of your delivery until the moment your package is delivered.

At Scentiva we do everything we can to offer you a perfect fragrance experience.
Because our products are perfume decants β hygienic and tailor-made products β we have a limited return policy .
Of course, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
π Not satisfied with your order?
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@scentiva.nl .
Please include your order number , a brief description of the problem and, if applicable, a photo .
We will carefully review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution β for example, a replacement product or a partial refund .
β οΈ Exceptions to the right of return
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products .
Products with a broken seal or custom-made decants (filled on special request) are also excluded from return.
We only accept returns if the product arrived damaged , or if you received the wrong item .
π Return costs
Unless otherwise agreed, return costs are borne by the customer .
If the error is ours (for example, an incorrect delivery or a damaged product), we will of course cover the shipping costs.
